PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional stop valve with a check valve wherein a cut-off piece is required to be replaced in a short period of time due to its deformation and wear caused by overtightening a spindle, and the check valve is set to the secondary side of a valve body separately from a stop valve main body, and the spindle is also fitted directly to the valve body to make disassembly and parts replacement extremely troublesome. SOLUTION: A fastening ring 6 fitted to a spindle tip outer peripheral recess is set to a lower end inner peripheral part of a spindle insertion hole of a spindle fitting frame 5. A check valve cartridge 3 having a cut-off function is joined to the fitting frame, and opening/closing operation of a valve body water flow passage is performed by the lifting operation of a cartridge valve element 31.
