PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping gasket having high sealing function and good vibration damping property, and to provide a fuel injection valve and its mounting structure. SOLUTION: The vibration damping gasket comprises a plate body 1 wound and arranged in a range from an upper face 2a to a lower face 2b of a coil spring 2 annularly formed, the plate body 1 abutting on the coil spring 2 at its upper face 2a and its lower face 2b, and an elastomer 3 filled in an internal space 5 formed by the plate body 1 and in an internal portion 6 of the coil spring 2. It is mounted in a gasket storage portion of the fuel injection valve. In this construction, the vibration damping gasket has good vibration damping property for reducing vibration to be generated by the operation of the fuel injection valve and noises resulting therefrom.
