PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic device improving close contact property between valve body components and a separate plate. SOLUTION: The hydraulic device has the separate plate 1 clamped between a pair of valve body components 3, and closes the opening ends 4 of recesses 5 formed in at least one valve body component 3, with the separate plate 1 to form the recesses 5 as oil passages 9. The separate plate 1 comes into contacts with the tip faces of oil passage walls 6 partitioning the recesses 5, and oil passages 12 storing pressure oil that expands the separate plate 1 in its thickness direction are formed inside the separate plate 1, in positions corresponding to the tip faces of the oil passage walls 6.
