PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic block copolymer composition which is excellent in storage stability and melt fluidity during molding, and further can form a molded article excellent in heat resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, adhesivity and flexibility. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises an acrylic block copolymer (A) comprising a methacrylic polymer block (a) and an acrylic polymer block (b), and having one or more hydroxy groups (c) and/or a carboxy group (d) per one molecule in average, and a compound (B) having 1.1 or more epoxy groups and a curing catalyst with a specific structure.
