PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraudulent opening detecting device for frame bodies and a fraudulent opening detecting program and a game machine, which are capable of accurately determining whether the frame bodies of the game machine are normally opened for the maintenance, etc. or fraudulently opened by a player, etc. SOLUTION: The fraudulent opening detecting device 51 includes a frame body opening/closing sensor 38 for detecting that the frame bodies 4, 8 and 12 of the pachinko machine 2 locked by a locking device 1 are opened; a conduction sensor 52 for detecting that a key 34 is inserted into the locking device 1; and a warning lamp 42 for announcing the fraudulent opening if the frame bodies 4, 8 and 12 are opened though the key 34 is not inserted into the locking device 1.
