PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exert a depilating feature stably by keeping a uniform amount of bubbles in a depilating device which includes a depilating means comprising a rotary cylinder having opening and closing nails, and reduces friction between a skin surface and the depilating means by using soap while raising hairs with bubbles to depilate safely. SOLUTION: In the depilating device 1 attached with a depilating head 3 having the rotary cylinder 4 driven by a motor to a main body casing 2 which has the embedded motor and has a water-resistant structure, a head frame 41 mounted on the depilating head 3 has a bubble accumulating plate 46 on the downstream side of the moving direction of the depilating head 3 and a wiper 47 on the upstream side. Therefore, the uniform amount of bubbles is kept all the time since the bubbles are held back by the bubble accumulating plate 46 when the depilating motion of the depilating means causes the bubbles to spread or to be dispersed, and the depilating device keeps exerting the feature by the depilating means stably.
