PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor cartridge capable of reducing the sampling amount of a specimen required for measurement, reducing burdens on a user and easily sampling and measuring the specimen of a needling hole easily without any action required to bring a sampling hole closer to the needling hole. SOLUTION: One end part of a biosensor chip 11 is pressed to a subject M, it is needled by a needling tool 12 projected from the tightly closed half open space 23 of an elastic body 20, the needling tool 12 is extracted from the subject M by the volume expansion of the elastic body 20 immediately after the needling, and the specimen B is made to flow out from the needling hole. At the time, since the needling hole and the sampling hole 13 provided on the biosensor chip 11 are included in the tightly closed half open space 23 formed of the expanded elastic body 20, even the small amount of the specimen B can be easily sampled.
