PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination safety securing system and a medical diagnosis apparatus equipped with the system capable of securing the safety of an operator of the medical diagnosis apparatus and a patient by displaying check lists having check items necessary for respective examination stages when examining the patient using the medical diagnosis apparatus. SOLUTION: This examination safety securing system is provided with a patient's information collection means 2b for collecting the patient's information, an examination information collection means 2c for collecting examination information of the patient, a check list creation means 2d creating check lists by extracting and combining check items accorded with the transmitted patient's information and examination information from a storage means 1i, an examination stage management means 2e managing the examination stage to be displayed in the respective stages of the examination, and a display content update means 2f for selecting a check list out of the check lists created accorded with the examination stage information transmitted from the examination stage management means 2e and updating the check list in accordance with the examination stage.
