摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning mechanism which can accurately carry out a positioning operation by finely moving a specified object to be positioned with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The positioning mechanism 12 comprises line shape or belt shape holding members 13A to 13C to be brought into contact with a workpiece 2 so as to hold the workpiece 2, and eccentric pulleys 14A to 14C having an outer circumferential surface 14a to be brought into contact with the holding members 13A to 13C. In this positioning mechanism 12, a holding portion 20 is formed so as to hold the workpiece 2 by bringing the holding members 13A to 13C into contact with the workpiece 2 at least from three directions.
