摘要 <p>The procedure for separation of liquid manure and/or fermentation residues into a liquid portion (3) with depleted phosphorus contents and into a solid portion (4) with enriched phosphorus contents, comprises separating the solid portion mechanically from the liquid portion in a separation process by the enrichment of phosphorus (75-90%). The separation takes place by a peeling centrifuge (1) having a stored drum rotatable around a rotation axis (6). The liquid manure and/or fermentation residues are supplied to the drum with a flow rate of 400-3000 liters/hour and are centrifuged in the drum. The procedure for separation of liquid manure and/or fermentation residues into a liquid portion (3) with depleted phosphorus contents and into a solid portion (4) with enriched phosphorus contents, comprises mechanically separating the solid portion from the liquid portion in a separation process by the enrichment of phosphorus (75-90%). The separation takes place by a peeling centrifuge (1) having a stored drum rotatable around a rotation axis (6). The liquid manure and/or fermentation residues are supplied to the drum with a flow rate of 400-3000 liters/hour and are centrifuged in the drum. During the separation process, the solid portion deposits at a coat of the drum due to centrifugal force and forms a solid layer. The liquid portion separated from the solid portion is derived from the drum. The solid layer is completely peeled from the coat in a peeling procedure by a peeling knife (7) of the peeling centrifuge and the peeled solid portion from the drum is continuously delivered. The separation is carried out in a single-step. The drum is operated over a peeling duration of 3 minutes at the peeling speed of 200-250 rpm. The peeling knife is driven inwardly at the coat for 8-10 mm/s up to a peeling distance of less as 0.5 mm and is retracted from the coat. The separation speed of the drum is 1000-2450 rpm and at which the drum is operated for 10 min. The drum is automatically slowed down after completion of the separation process up to standstill and then accelerated if necessary. The remaining liquid portion present in the drum is drained after the separation process from the drum. A volume flow of the liquid portion of 300-2250 liters/hour is delivered from the drum. A solid quantity of 4-120 kg is delivered during the peeling process. The number of revolution of the drum is regulated automatically.</p>
