<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical implement capable of reliably slowly releasing a medicine and showing an effective slow-release effect, and to provide a medical apparatus, and a method of manufacturing the medical implement. <P>SOLUTION: A lead wire 3 has a long shape as a whole, and is used by being inserted into a living body. The lead wire 3 includes: a long and flexible lead wire body 4; a distal end member 5 arranged in the distal end part 41 of the lead wire body 4 and contacting a target place in the living body; and a stimulating means 8 for stimulating the target place via the distal end member 5. The distal end member 5 includes: a base body 6 having a hollow part 63 and opening parts 64a, 64b communicating with the hollow part 63 and opening in an outer surface; and a mixture 7 stored in the hollow part 63, containing a biodegradable polymer and the medicine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
