<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the change of an installation angle of a solar cell panel with a small number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: This panel support for supporting the solar cell panel in a spaced state on a backing is provided with a support leg member S1 erectable on the backing, and a support interposing member S2 mounted in an interposing state between the solar cell panel and the support leg member S1. The support interposing member S2 is provided with a first mounting part T1 mounted to the solar cell panel, and a second mounting part T2 mounted to the support leg member S1.
