PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle having a frame structure capable of miniaturizing a vehicle without enlarging a vehicle width. SOLUTION: This frame structure is for use in the motorcycle 10 provided with a main frame 25 having two right and left frames 24L and 24R, a power unit 15 provided at the rear end of the main frame 25 so as to be swingable, and a rear cushion unit 31 provided between a rear part of the power unit 15 and the main frame 25. An overlapping part 81 overlapping with the power unit 15 is provided in either of the right and left frames 24L and 24R when viewing the vehicle from above.
