PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a space above a disposal box beside an automatic vending machine, and to provide a new product requiring no conventional disposal box. SOLUTION: This display rack/disposal box 10 for an automatic vending machine installed adjacently to the automatic vending machine is provided witrh a disposal box part 12 for bottles or cans or the like and a rack part 14 equipped with a rack 14b having almost the same width as that of the disposal box part 12 on the disposal box part 12 to display giveaways.
