PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress inter-server communication traffic volume for cooperating servers to which load is distributed and to correspond even to an increase in accommodation users without performing a system change in performing load-distribution of a large scale user to a plurality of servers. SOLUTION: In a presence system which enables real time information exchange between clients by distributing an accessing client 11a and accommodating it in a plurality of accommodation servers 12A and 12B, an accommodation server that accommodates the most other clients registered in a member list 14 of the client 11a accessing to receive service provision is retrieved from an accommodation table 13, and the retrieved accommodation server is indicated to the client 11a as a connection destination server.
