PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide uniform loofah soap exposing no loofah cut surface in use with only the natural loofah's fibrous external surface exposed, and to provide a method for efficiently and surely producing the same by filling molten soap in a loofah for use as a scrubbing brush followed by solidifying the molten soap. SOLUTION: The method for producing the loofah soap comprises the following process wherein a loofah is erected with its circularly cut part of the columnar fibrous loofah turned upward, and the hollow of the erected loofah is filled with a molten soap, to effect speedy and sure infiltration of the molten soap into the hollow by its own weight. As the result, the objective loofah soap can be produced efficiently in a short time.
