PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt cleaner device having a simple structure, easily maintained and inspected, and providing excellent followability of a scraping member to a belt. SOLUTION: This belt cleaner device includes: a fixed base 12 arranged below the belt 11; a guide member 13 attached to the fixed base 12 and having at least one end projecting in the width direction of the belt 11; a movable base 14 guided by the guide member 13 to move in the width direction of the belt 11; and the scraping members 40 attached side by side to the movable base 14 through a supporting member 31 and in contact with the lower surface of the belt 11. Each scraping member 40 has: a columnar portion supported movably upward and downward by fitting the tip end of the supporting member 31 therein; a scraping tip removably connected to the upper part of the columnar portion and gradually reduced in thickness of its tip portion; and an elastic member pressing the scraping tip to the lower surface of the belt 11 and having a lower portion mounted on the top of the supporting member 31.
