PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply device capable of accurately calculating the amount of hot water remaining in a bathtub without being affected by variation of a heating value of a heat source caused by the kinds of gas and gas components, variation of appliances, and variation of heat efficiency caused by the temperature of circulated water at a primary side. SOLUTION: As this hot water supply device comprises a bath water return temperature sensor 32, a hot water supply circulation flow rate sensor 36, a heat exchanger outlet temperature sensor 34, and a hot water remaining amount calculating device 37 calculating the amount of remaining hot water on the basis of a detection signal of the hot water supply circulation return temperature sensor 36, the hot water remaining amount can be accurately calculated without affected by the variation of the heating value of the heat source caused by the kinds of gas and gas components, the variation of appliances, and the variation of heat efficiency based on the temperature of the circulated water in a primary-side circulating circuit.
