PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reducing structure of a vehicle roof part capable of effectively reducing noise in a cabin and suppressing generation of intrinsic vibration sound at abutting parts between a roof panel and a roof trim. SOLUTION: This structure is in a vehicle roof part 10 provided with the roof panel 11 and the roof trim 21 having the plurality of abutting parts 33a, 33b, 33c and 33d abutting on the roof panel 11 and disposed on the cabin side of the roof panel 11. The roof trim 21 is provided with a substrate layer 22, a low ventilation layer 32 located on an upper side of the substrate layer 22 and having the plurality of abutting parts, and a plurality of first sound absorbing materials 25a, 25b, 25c and 25d interposed between the substrate layer 22 and the low ventilation layer 32 and provided on each of the cabin sides of the abutting parts.
