Provided are a frozen food tray enabling proper thawing of frozen food such as frozen sushi placed thereon and a frozen food package using the frozen food tray. The frozen food tray (30) has first intermediate surfaces (33A), a second intermediate surface (33B), recesses (32A, 32B) recessed from the intermediate surfaces (33A, 33B), a surrounding wall (34) raised from the peripheral edges of the intermediate surfaces (33A, 33B), and a flange part (35) forming the upper end part of the surrounding wall (34). The number of the recesses (32) is eight that are arranged in a matrix having two rows each having four of the eight with long sides of the recesses arranged in parallel to each other. The four recesses (32A) having low bottom surfaces and located at both ends of the rows are recessed from the first intermediate surfaces (33A). The four recesses (32B) having high bottom surfaces and located at the center of the rows are recessed from the second intermediate surfaces (33B). The bottom surfaces of the high-bottom-surface recesses (32B) are higher in level than the bottom surfaces of the low-bottom-surface recesses (32A). Microwave passes through the gap under the high-bottom-surface recesses (32B) to heat the recesses (32B). |
