The device (1) has a compressor (23) downstreamly arranged to a water source for bringing a heat transport medium (14) to a temperature. The heat transport medium is arranged between an outlet of the compressor and an outlet pipe line (15) of a heat exchanger (10). The compressor lies over an upper lying heat side (7) of a boiler (2), where a flow rate of the compressor is influenced by a control device (29), which is influenced by the temperature of the heat transport medium. The boiler comprises a temperature-laminated fluid (3).
