A display panel is provided to prevent light, transmitted from a first substrate to a black matrix of a second substrate, from being reflected to a TFT, thereby preventing characteristics of a switching operation of the TFT from being changed by the light radiated to the TFT and accordingly improving reliability and display quality of the display panel. In a first substrate(50), pixel areas are defined. A second substrate(100) faces the first substrate. TFTs(Thin Film Transistors) are respectively arranged in each of the pixel areas on the first substrate. A black matrix is disposed on the second substrate in correspondence with a boundary unit of the pixel areas. A reflection preventing film is positioned on the black matrix in correspondence with the TFT, and overlapped with the TFT. |
