DRIVING IC AND DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

A drive IC(Integrated Circuit) and a display device having the same are provided to remove the necessity to bend pads connected to bumps by improving an array of the bumps, thereby reducing a size of the display device in a compact shape. A drive main body(120) has a long side(127), a short side(128), the bottom(125) and a circuit unit(110). Bumps(130) are disposed on the bottom and connected to the circuit unit. The bumps are disposed along the long side. An interval between the long side and bumps disposed in the outer line among the bumps is longer than an interval between the long side and bumps disposed in the center. The bumps are arranged in a V shape.
