A surface of the support on which the conductors are arranged, is entirely or partially covered by an adhesive laminate (3), which exhibits elasticity, flexibility and good heat conductance. The laminate has a heat conducting adhesive layer (31) combined with a heat conducting non-self adhesive intermediate layer (32). The laminate has a good heat conducting filler containing phenol resin, epoxy resin and polymer resin.
