A structure and a method for maintaining the airtightness of a water drain pipe are provided to employ a tube in the first elongated groove formed in an insertion hole of the drain pipe and fill a filling agent in the tube such that the maintenance of the airtightness is enabled. A drain water pipe has a first side formed with an insertion hole(14) and a second side formed with an insertion part(18). The drain water pipe includes a body(12). The body includes a first elongated groove(16), at least two through holes(17), a second elongated groove(19), and an anti-fluid leakage unit. The first elongated groove is provided in an inner circumference of the insertion groove. The through hole communicates with the first elongated groove toward the outside of the drain water pipe. The anti-fluid leakage unit is inserted into the first and second elongated grooves.
