APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DISSOLUTION/REACTION

[PROBLEMS] To effectively utilize flying ashes as a raw cement material while preventing scale growth in a dissolution/reaction apparatus for precipitating a calcium ingredient dissolved in a slurry when the flying ashes are washed with water to conduct desalting and then introduced into a cement kiln. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The dissolution/reaction apparatus comprises: a dissolution tank (3) in which a powder is dissolved; and a wet-process dust collector (5) which collects a powder and a mist while reacting a slurry (S) prepared in the dissolution tank (3) with a gas (G) and returns the collected powder, etc. to the dissolution tank (3). The apparatus may be equipped with a second wet-process dust collector (7) which collects a powder, etc. accompanying the gas (G) discharged from the wet-process dust collector (5). The two wet-process dust collectors (5) and (7) may be of the vertical type and be independently installed above the dissolution tank (3). The slurry (S) and the gas (G) may be fed to an upper part of the first wet-process dust collector (5) to react the slurry (S) with the gas (G) in a cocurrent manner, while the gas (G) discharged from the dissolution tank (3) may be supplied to a lower part of the second wet-process dust collector (7) to countercurrently collect the powder, etc. accompanying the gas (G).
