A pneumatic nail gun comprises a body 10 being a cylinder 11 and a handle 12 extended from the cylinder, a firing pin 112 positioned in the cylinder, a trigger 15, a magazine 20 connected to the body, a connector 30 and a firing chamber 40. The trigger is operable on the body for actuating the firing pin. The connector includes a first section connected to the cylinder for receiving the firing pin and a second section connected to the magazine for receiving nails. The firing chamber is attached to the second section of the connector for receiving the nails. Preferably a metal lining 111, supported by a ring 114, is positioned between the cylinder and firing pin and a screen 142 for venting exhaust is installed on a cover 14 on the cylinder. Advantageously the cylinder and handle are formed together and the lining is positioned in the cylinder by the cover thus eliminating the need for perfectly matched components. |
