A sealing element for a duct 10 passing conduits through a building component 50 e.g. a wall, takes the form of a flexible hose body 14 which is twistable along its longitudinal axis L. On at least a first axial end 12,13 of the hose body 14 there is a fixing element 15, 16 via which the hose body 14 can be fixed detachably in a jacket tube 11. The fixing elements fix the position of the ends of the hose body 14 to the jacket tube 11, so that a compression fitting may be maintained when one end is rotated to form a compression fitting between the hose body 14 and a conduit passing through a building component 50. |
