An oven is provided to ensure the reliability for opening and closing of a cover by allowing the cover for selectively opening and closing an exhaust passage or an intake passage to be directly opened and closed by an opening and closing member. An oven comprises a main body(10), a cover(62) and an opening and closing device. The body has a cavity therein and an air exhaust port at one side thereof. The cover shields the air exhaust port. The opening and closing device controls the cover to open and close the air exhaust port. The opening and closing device includes an opening and closing member(130) extending inward from the cover and a driving device(110). The opening and closing member opens and closes the cover. The driving device drives the opening and closing member. The cover is opened and closed by movement of the opening and closing member.
