A method of purifying contaminants contained in exhaust gas, purifiers using the method, and incinerators using the purifiers for treating solid and liquid state of wastes are provided to use minimum amount of Brown gas sprayed onto a target zone for purifying the exhaust gas. A purifier(50) using a purification method using Brown gas includes a passageway(51-53) connected to a combustion chamber(40), plural thermal spray nozzles(55) arranged in radial directions to spray Brown gas supplied from a Brown gas supply device(45) onto a target zones for burning the exhaust gas passed through the passageway with a flame mesh to reduce contaminant emission.
