Facility and method for manufacturing soldered components

Unit for production of soldered components, especially light metal heat carriers, e.g. Al workpieces under a shielding gas in a continuous or chamber soldering furnace acting as a muffle furnace. The muffle furnace is made from a special material which reacts with oxygen or oxygen containing materials. The muffle furnace can be used in production of soldered Al workpieces without the use of molten materials or using a greatly decreased amount of such materials. An independent claim is included for a method of producing soldered Al components under a shielding gas.
