MEMBRANE CHEMICAL CLEANING METHOD OF DESALINATION PLANT REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM

A method of cleaning membrane with a chemical cleaning solution in a reverse osmosis process of a hybrid desalination plant is provided to reduce time required for preheating chemical cleaning solution by supplying 30~40°C water obtained from MSF(Multi-Stage Flash) distillation or MED(Multi-Effect Distillation) to a chemical storage tank, or by supplying steam obtained from a power plant to the chemical storage tank directly or heating permeated water with a heat exchanger. A method of cleaning membrane includes a step of passing sea water through pretreatment and cartridge filters followed by passing the sea water through a reverse osmosis device(5), a step of storing distilled water storage tank(4) after passing through suction back tank, a step of sending some of distilled water to the reverse osmosis device by a high pressure pump after passing through membrane, a step of sending cleaning chemicals to the reverse osmosis device and the membrane from a chemical storage tank(2) to clean membrane, and a step of supplying 30~40°C water obtained from MSF(Multi-Stage Flash) distillation plant(7) through a pipeline(1) by using a pump. As an alternative, permeate water obtained from the reverse osmosis is heated by using waste steam supplied from a power plant to utilize MSF(Multi-Stage Flash) distillation or MED(Multi-Effect Distillation).
