A scan drive IC and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module including the same are provided to prevent the damage of the scan drive IC and an LCD panel by controlling individually driving voltages and control signals. A scan drive IC(Integrated Circuit) includes a scan circuit, signal inputting pins(SIP1-SIP7), signal delivering pins(STP1-STP7), control switches, and a delivery option pin(TOP). The scan circuit outputs plural scan signals having enable pulses through plural outputting pins. The signal inputting pins receive driving voltages and control signals required for the scan circuit from outside. The signal delivering pins deliver the driving voltages and control signals from the signal inputting pins and signals from the scan circuit to outside. The control switches switch the driving voltages, the control signals, and the scan signals to be supplied to the signal delivering pins. The delivery option pin receives a delivery control signal to be supplied to a control terminal of the control switches.
