A manufacturing method of an extruded Al alloy is provided to improve formability, metal formability and heat resistance without sacrificing strength by obtaining a further improved fine and uniform structure as compared with the conventional manufacturing method, and reduce costs and delivery and further improve manufacturing efficiency by simplifying the manufacturing process. A manufacturing method of an Al alloy for extrusion comprises: a melting and casting process of melting and casting an ingot comprising 0.20 wt.% or less of Si, 0.2 to 0.40 wt.% of Cu, 0.1 to 0.35 wt.% of Fe, 0.10 wt.% or less of Cr, 0.9 to 1.20 wt.% of Mn, 0.10 wt.% or less of Ti, 0.10 wt.% or less of Zn, 0.2 to 0.40 wt.% or less of Mg, and the balance of Al into an aluminum alloy billet in an ordinary manner; a homogenizing process of heating the aluminum alloy billet to a temperature of 550 to 610 deg.C, holding the heated aluminum alloy billet for 13 to 20 hours, and cooling the aluminum alloy billet to a room temperature; an extrusion process of heating the homogenized billet to a temperature of about 480 to 530 deg.C, and passing the billet through a dies to obtain an extruded product with a desired shape; and a correcting process of correcting straightness and distortion of the extruded product and removing stress generated during the extrusion from the extruded product. |
