An electrical connecting apparatus and an assembling method thereof are provided to form a micro-pitch by reducing a pitch of adjacent probes without reducing the strength of a first plate member having a guide hole. An electrical connecting apparatus includes a first plate member(40), a second plate member(42) arranged apart from the first plate member, a probe supporter having a plurality of probe guide holes, and a probe(16) having a stopper(56). The stopper penetrates the probe guide holes and includes a front end protruded from the first plate member. The stopper is fixed to an edge of the probe guide hole between the first and second plate members. The guide holes of the first plate member are arranged along both sides of a virtual straight line. A bending part(64) is formed at a front end part of the probe in order to be directed to an electrode of an array corresponding to the virtual straight line.
