A portable tabletop drying processor for food garbage which is silently operated and which is safe with respect to the human body is provided. A portable tabletop drying processor(1) for food garbage comprises: an inner container(2) for disposing food garbage(20); a food garbage disposal housing(3) having a housing part for removably housing the inner container; and a cover(4) which is removably mounted on the food garbage disposal housing, which covers a top part of the food garbage disposal housing, and which closes an injection port of the inner container, wherein the portable tabletop drying processor further comprises a suction passage(41) which is formed in the cover and communicated with an inner part of the inner container, an exhaust passage(42) which is formed in the cover and communicated with the inner part of the inner container, a blowing unit(9) for blowing air to the inner container within the suction passage, and a heating unit(6) for heating the inner container. Further, the blowing unit is a centrifugal blow, an axial fan, a tubular fan or a vortex fan. |
