<p>An apparatus and a method for recovering and recycling waste heat during cooling of metal heat treaters are provided to minimize tremendous loss of waste heat accompanied by the cooling process of various heat treaters, and recover the waste heat such that the recovered waste heat is recycled as temperature-increasing energy for other heat treaters or stored as electrical energy with diverse uses. An apparatus for recovering and recycling waste heat during cooling of metal heat treaters comprises a heat recovery pipe(100) drawn out from an one end of a metal/nonmetal heat treatment equipment(A) and communicated with the interior of the heat treatment equipment to recover a ceratin cooling heat emitted during a cooling process performed in the heat treatment equipment in a predetermined amount at a time; and an other heat treatment equipment(A') of which one end is connected to the other end of the drawn heat recovery pipe such that the recovered heat can be injected into the other heat treatment equipment as temperature-increasing energy during a temperature-increasing process of the other heat treatment equipment(A') adjacent to the heat treatment equipment(A), or an ordinary thermoelectric system(200) connected to the other end of the drawn heat recovery pipe such that the recovered heat is converted into electrical energy to store the electrical energy or immediately reuse the electrical energy as electrical energy for other uses.</p> |
