<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print controller which allows a server side to manage the addition of additional information collectively when adding additional information to a printed matter, and adds information to be acquired for the first time in actual print-out to the printed matter and prints the result. <P>SOLUTION: A print server 1 being a print controller is connected through a network to user terminals 2A, 2B, and 2C being user side terminals and printers 3A, 3B, and 3C having printing memories 4A, 4B, and 4C, and the print server 1 is provided with an additional setting table 1A for storing the setting information of additional data, a position/format setting table 1B for storing the information of the position and format of the additional data, a printing stand-by memory 1C for storing data for composite printing obtained by synthesizing data for printing in a printing stand-by state with the additional data, and a second printing stand-by memory 1D for storing data for printing to be added with information to be acquired for the first time in print-out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
