A pipe cleaning robot is provided to allow repair and maintenance of a piping system buried in the ground by removing obstacles stuck on inner surface of pipe without digging the pipe to replace. A pipe cleaning robot for removing obstacles stuck on inner surface of a pipe includes a base housing member(10) equipped with wheels(11) at the bottom of the base housing member to travel along the pipe, a rotating member(30) connected to the front of the base housing member to be rotated, a first member at the base housing member to turn the rotating member, a shaft(50) spaced apart from other shafts and protruded from the outer surface of the rotating member, a second member at the base housing member to turn the shafts, and a friction member(70) assembled at an end of a shaft to grind the inner surface of the piping system.
