A rubbing roller and a rubbing cloth test device are provided to reduce vibration noise and maintain uniform luminance while testing the rubbing roller, thereby improving efficiency in detecting faults of the rubbing roller. A cylindrical rubbing roller(103) is wrapped with rubbing cloth(101) in its outer circumference. A plate(140) is disposed in a lower part of the rubbing roller. In the plate, the rubbing roller is mounted. A detector(130) is disposed in an upper part of the rubbing roller, and moves in parallel to the rubbing roller. One or more vibration isolation tables(150) are disposed in the rear of the plate. A moving unit(120) is formed in an upper part of the rubbing roller in parallel to the rubbing roller. |
