A source driver circuit of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device for driving plural sub-pixels is provided to reduce a layout area by disposing a D/A(Digital to Analog) converter and an amplifier per channel. A source driver circuit includes a data storing block(HDBK), a multiplexing block(MXBK), and an output block(UTBK). The data storing block samples and stores digital RGB data. The multiplexing block selectively outputs the digital RGB data according to multiplexing signals corresponding to the respective digital RGB data. The output block converts the data from the multiplexing block into analog data and outputs the converted analog data. The data storing block includes a shift register(110) and a data register(DRG). The shift register generates shift pulse signals that are sequentially shifted. The data register stores the digital RGB data by synchronizing with the shift pulse signals.
