A divided water sample bottle is provided to reduce time, cost, and man power for water analysis by collecting water easily and accurately. A divided water sample bottle includes a non-treatment section(11), a pre-treatment section(12), a separator(13), an ampoule, and a membrane. The non-treatment section and the pre-treatment section are divided by the separator, having water inlets(15) respectively. The ampoule contains treatment agent, is attached to a side of the pre-treatment section, is separated from the pre-treatment section by the membrane, and is pushed into the pre-treatment section in order to mix the sample water and the treatment agent.
