<p>The actuator (1) has a stator (3), a screw-nut system, and a rotor (5) axially and radially supported on a motor (2) side by a bearing (15). The bearing comprises a spherical ball rigidly attached to the rotor. A bearing cavity is positioned in a housing into which the ball is inserted. An axial stop is positioned in the bearing cavity in abutment at a point against the ball in an axial direction of the rotor such that tangential velocity of the ball in contact with the wall of the cavity is low, and the point of application of the frictional force is close to the axis of rotation.</p> |
