A bone cutting machine is provided to count pieces of meat, bones of meat, or fish being cut in a specific size, and to shorten work hours and to prevent a counting error. A bone cutting machine(1) comprises: a work board(11) where a target object to be cut is placed; a body(10) having a cutting rotatory saw(12) driven by a motor, for cutting the target object; a discharge slider(20) installed at one side of the work board, for guiding the discharge of cut pieces; a sensor(30) placed inside the discharge slider, for sensing the cut pieces that are discharged through the discharge slider; and a display panel(40) installed at the body, for displaying the count number of the cut pieces sensed by the sensor.
