A seamless LCD manufacturing method and a seamless LCD thereof are provided to bond one or more LCD panels by using at least one locking unit, adjust a light source incident angle and increase luminance of a seam part of an assembled LCD panel, thereby maintaining high uniformity of the whole luminance of the assembled panel and forming a large seamless display. A seamless LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: fixing light emitting sources(51~54) to a backlight module(5); fixing an optical film onto the light emitting source; positioning a divided structure on the optical film; positioning side edges on the divided structure after arranging in parallel or overlapping the side edges of neighboring LCD panels(1,2); and forming an LCD by mounting a passivation layer(4), having a minute structure, on the LCD panel which is arranged in parallel or overlapped.
