A personal multi-functional compact capsule is provided to obtain a sealed capsule to intercept atmospheric air, and to purify the external polluting material with a protection purifying device. A sealed capsule(30) is formed in a personal multi-functional compact capsule. A protective purifying device(10) is installed at the lower end of the inside of the capsule to purify the harmful gas or polluting materials with a HEPA filter and a carbon filter. A check valve(44) is installed on the upper end of one side of the rear(42) of the capsule. A solenoid valve(36) is installed on the front end of the check valve to maintain the oxygen density inside the capsule. A tuning cooler(28) for the temperature control of the inside of the capsule is installed inside the capsule.
