A method and a system for providing an AD(ADvertisement) service by using a WINC(Wireless Internet Numbers For Contents) service are provided to offer AD information matched with user information and WINC AD registration information to a user when a WINC AD service is executed, and offer accumulation to the user when the user views the AD. A provider terminal(11) registers WINC AD registration information to a WINC AD service server(7) through the Internet(40). The WINC AD service server registers the WINC AD registration information requested from the provider terminal, extracts matched AD information by analyzing user information and the WINC AD registration information, and transmits the extracted AD information to a user terminal(1) through the mobile network(20) when a WINC AD service request is received. The WINC AD service server calculates accumulation according to AD view and transmits the accumulation to the user terminal when AD playback complete information is received from the user terminal. The user terminal requests the WINC AD service server to register the user information, receives/plays the AD information in real-time by transmitting the WINC AD service request to the WINC AD service server, and receives/displays the accumulation by transmitting the AD playback complete information to the WINC AD service server. |
