A control device of an internal combustion engine controls the respective fuel injection valves so that an injection quantity of a last injection becomes smaller than an injection quantity of a first injection out of injection quantities of fuel injected in order in correspondence with the respective cylinders in a first cycle of fuel injection from a stopped state of the crankshaft to an end of a first fuel injection from each of the fuel injection valves.
