A method and a system for managing natural burials in a membership mode to expand the basis of the natural burials are provided to promote the natural burials by enabling a member to select and manage a desired tree directly in ordinary time. A communication controller(310) controls connection with related parties to provide services related to natural burials to members through the network. A member information database(320) manages and stores personal/social information of the members. A funeral facility information database(330) stores information for funeral facilities scattered all over the country. A tree management information database(340) stores geographic, tree type, altitude/longitude, and detail tree information for the natural burials. A tree selection operator(350) selects the optimal tree by operating selector order information or weight information according to preference of the member. An optimal tree selection simulator(360) enables the member to select the optimal tree by performing operation according to condition received from the member.
