A tripod for a laser level is provided to prevent collision between a weight and internal parts by inhibiting free movement of the weight during transport. A tripod(200) for a laser level(100) includes a horizontal laser, a vertical laser, a weight, a position fixing switch(140), and an O-ring. The weight interlocks with the horizontal laser and the vertical laser and is always perpendicular to the ground. The position fixing switch is formed on one side of a housing(101) and interlocks with the O-ring. The weight is moved inside the O-ring by an operation of the switch, making close contact with the weight during movement of the tripod for preventing interference and collision between the weight and other parts of the tripod.
